Free Shipping: when this option is offered, packages will be shipped as a standard parcel, which does not include a tracking number or estimate on arrival. In most cases, $100 insurance is included. Extra insurance can be purchased and is recommended.  Faster shipping can also be purchased for an additional fee.  If you would like to upgrade these services, a separate invoice will be sent with the additional shipping fees. Please send me an email and let me know you would like to upgrade.

In the local Calgary area? We travel to Calgary/Airdrie at least once/week and would be happy to meet you somewhere to drop off your purchase(s). Just select basic shipping when you check out and then include a message with your order, or send us an email, to make arrangements. Once we drop your item(s) off, we'll issue you a refund via paypal.

Insurance is not included, unless otherwise stated, but can be purchased separately.

Once orders are shipped, Uppy Baby is no longer responsible for lost or misplaced packages.  If insurance/tracking number is purchased, Uppy Baby will work with you to locate lost packages.
