Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and will not share any of your personal information (email address, home address, etc) with anyone. 

 

Returns/Refunds:

Buying a baby carrier is like buying a pair of shoes. What works for you, may not work for someone else. You may also find that after wearing the shoes a few times, they aren't as comfortable and that you don't like the style as much as you did in the beginning. Unlike shoes, you can return your baby carrier.

Before returning any baby carriers, please contact Uppy Baby. We may be able to get you comfortable in your carrier with some minor adjustments. It's not uncommon to feel like all thumbs when using a new carrier. 

We offer 2 return options:

Option 1:

You can return the carrier, in new condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The carrier MUST be in like new condition, which means, unwashed, no stains, tears, rips, etc. The carrier can not smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on it. The carrier MUST be returned in its original packaging with all of the instructions or pamphlets included.

Option 2:

You have used the carrier and it's passed the 30 days from the date of purchase, or you've washed the carrier. The carrier is in excellent, used condition with no stains, tears or rips, etc. The carrier MUST not smell of smoke or perfume. I will refund your purchase price, minus a $15/month "rental" fee, which is rounded up to the nearest month.

Returns will only be accepted within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. If you received free shipping with your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, including return shipping. Please insure the package as we are not responsible for lost packages.


Pre-Orders:

Once a pre-order has been placed and paid for, the order can not be cancelled or refunded. This means that it is a final sale.

Payment is due at time of order. Layaway option can be used, but initial payment must be made at time of order.

 

LayAway:

We now offer a layaway plan! Simply add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout when you're happy with your order. Enter the code "Layaway" and 75% will automatically be deducted from your total. You will be charged a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable. We ask that you pay the balance within 60 days of your original deposit. Once your initial deposit is made, we will contact you to make further payment arrangements. Your item(s) will be placed on hold for you until the balance is paid in full, at which time we will ship your order out.
